On December 11, the Department of Education of Zhejiang Province and the Students' Federation of Zhejiang Province announced the list of exemplary cases for the 2025 Zhejiang Province University Summer Social Practice Program. Two practice achievements were selected for this honor.
During this summer, our university organized a total of 103 teams, with 734 students participating in social practice activities across the Zhejiang region. Focusing on themes such as ecological protection and rural revitalization, these teams conducted in-depth research and submitted 60 reports for university-level evaluation. After a rigorous internal review, we selected 5 outstanding works to compete for provincial exemplary cases. Ultimately, two achievements stood out: "Research on Ecological Transformation and Rural Revitalization in the Reclamation Area of Fuqing Bay—Based on Remote Sensing Decoding and Field Investigation" guided by teacher Xu Yuying from the School of Geomatics, and "From 'Ecological Capital' to 'Youth Momentum': A Study on the Coupling Mechanism of Generation Z's Participation in Rural Revitalization under the 'Two Mountains' Concept—An Empirical Exploration Based on 11 Villages in Zhejiang Province" jointly guided by teacher Chen Jing from the School of Marxism and teacher Yu Chenggong from the School of Computer Science and Technology.
